Really terrible service. Bought this on 20th December; it was an impulse buy that I have now lived to regret.
I lost my receipt with the rush of Christmas, put it in the garage, and forgot about it until the end of March. I’ve been happy with it until last week; a bird must have picked up a tiny pebble thinking it was maybe a nut and dropped it. Obviously, I have gone over it, but the plastic must have been faulty and has taken a chunk out of it. Now it's broken.
I phoned and emailed them, showed them it's still brand new, and showed them it boxed up in December. But no, because I lost the receipt and changed banks, it's tough. I would never buy from them again and will never recommend them again. I have multiple things, but I will never buy another thing, so I lost a good customer.
I will now return to Bosch where customers do matter. In the meantime, I will be taking this up with Citizens Advice because surely this cannot be legal!

Warranty
I spoke with Patrick today who was very helpful and knowledgeable.
He explained all the various options for a replacement unit.
The original unit was a dual stapler / nail gun which is no longer available, which is a great shame as I will now need to have two separate units, more expense and more things to have to carry !!

Chat was good
My Landroid WR153e mower did not wake up in spring. I replaced the battery.
Still no signal. I took it to service where they replaced screen and some plate under it. They ran all test and informed me about fixed mower. Mower started right away and did its job and after went to charging dock.
After about 40-50% of charging it starts giving errors wire missing. After tuning, it back on multiple times mower charges itself 100%. Meanwhile, giving errors wire missing and home. Green light on dock is blinking chaotically if wire missing error is active.
If robot is fully charged it gives message home and gets back to work. After work is done it all starts all over.
I have tried different power unit - issie remains. It have been like that for weeks now, if not even months.
Missing delivery
Absolute pain in the *** to deal with. £200 delivery gone missing, wrong address, stolen by Evri courier, im not sure, but not in my possession.
Countless emails to Evri and Worx and nobody has gotten back to me. Cctv shows no delivery to my address.
No way I can speak to a human. So angry,

I wouldn’t buy from worx direct again but via 3rd party companies. Worx failed my order!
7 day delivery times due to the choice of worx trusted courier. Because my purchase was on the bigger size none of the delivery guys wanted it in their vehicles so it is sat in the depot 10 miles away.
I cannot collect it. Very disappointed in EVRI.don't use worx.

Left handle out of shape, difficult fitting means both handles are uneven, as if the lawnmower is tilting to one side.

Charged battery only lasts 1minute
Answered call very affectionately and request the return of the batteries sent email to sort this for me
Lawnmower batteries fully charged but once put into the lawnmower only lasted one minute think its the connection between the batteries so I and the lawnmower batteries are being sent back to check if this is the cause we have only had the lawnmower 2 months

Hello, I have had a Landroid L 2000 for 4 years and feel totally ripped off. It hasn't run a full day in 4 years.
It is supposed to cut 2000 sq meters; there is no chance it would do that. I am on my second battery, which has just died. I have had to have a new rotor too. I didn't expect this.
It is rubbish after spending 1300 for it with accessories. Very disappointed. Would you like to buy it back as I have no use for it now?

My question was answered.
It was explained that you have to put in a 9 after the product number to order the bare version. Also that the bare versions of products may or may not come up on customer's phones or laptops.

You did not register your purchase online (or mailing the warranty registration card is other option). Your bank is required to keep records for FIVE YEARS also.
